Complete 5 rds for time of: 10 Dead Lifts and 20 Push ups


Beginners dead lift weight is 135lbs


Intermediate weight is 185lbs


Advanced weight is 225lbs

  1. Did this @ 137.5 lbs (62.5 kg). All 100 push-ups were strict. Time was 27'08". Got my first 5 strict push-ups in mid-August. Managed 81 in a WOD shortly afterwards. Happy to increase that by 20% today. Only down to sets of three unbroken in the final round.
