Dead Lift 5 x 3 ( 3,3,3,3,3) Five sets of 3 reps 70% to 75% of your 1 rep max (RM).
The things to remember when preforming the Dead Lift:
Keep the your weight in your heels.
back arched/lumbar curve locked in
shoulders slightly in front of the bar
bar in contact with the shins
arms locked out
hips and shoulders rise together
head neutral
